Day 01 : Lima / tarma / San Ramon
At around 7 am we will depart to San Ramon, district of the province of Chanchamayo located in the high forest of Junín, at 310 km from Lima.
During the trip by the Main highway we will go through the three geographical regions, we will begin by the localities of Chosica, Matucana, San Mateo and Morococha; until reaching the Passage of Anticona in the zone of Ticlio (4.818 masl).
In La Oroya we take the route towards the valleys of Tarma and Acobamba. Then we will visit the Sanctuary of the Lord of Muruhuay. Lunch and continue to San Ramon (700 masl). Transfer to your hotel and dinner.
Day 02 : San Ramon / La Merced
Early breakfast and excursion to El Tirol waterfalls, impressive 35 mts fall. It is a 45 minutes walk from San Ramon. Free time fro swimming and taking pictures. Return to San Ramon for lunch. Evening visit to the hanging bridge of Kimiri, over the Chanchamayo River constructed in 1905 by the first pioneers. Visit to the Botanical Garden El Perezoso, where specialized guides will give us a briefing on Botany. When we return to La Merced we will visit the local zoo to observe some Gallito ed las Rocas birds, national bird of Peru. Return to the lodge for dinner.
Day 03 : Oxapampa
Breakfast and departure to Oxapampa, city founded by german immigrants. We will have a guided walk by the valley and the city, beginning by its pink main church "Santa Rosa", then the district of Chontabamba, and finally the Tunqui Caverns. Lunch and a live show by the local people. Return to San Ramon for dinner.
Day 04 : Perene River / Satipo
Breakfast and departure to the valley of the Perené river. We will take the highway until reaching Yurinaki Bridge then we will take the desviation that leads us to the zone of the Bayoz river, that forms two waterfalls: La Encantada and Velo de la Novia. Without a doubt these are the most beatiful waterfalls in the area. Free time for swimming or taking pictures. After a break we will continue by boat down the Perene river to Pichinaki. Lunch and return to San Ramon. Visit to the ashaninkas community and dinner.
Day 05 : Tarma / Lima
Breakfast and transfer back to Lima. During the trip we will visit the city of Tarma, the district of Palcamayo, and the Guagapo cave, with its 30 meters high and 30 meters wide entrance. Arrival in Lima around 9 pm. Transfer to your hotel. End of services.
