2 best Ica wineries – Premium pisco tour

Vista Alegre winery or Tacama winery visit
At 09:00 am we will pick you up from your hotel in Ica and we will start a visit to “Vista Alegre Winery” (if this was the selected one).

Vista Alegre Winery is an industrial winery that has the capacity to produce 5 million liters of pisco a year. It has a production of semi-dried piscos and wines, dry ones, reds, etc., different from an artisanal winery that produces only sweet wines. Here you will appreciate how all their products are elaborated.

If the choice was Tacama winery, we will start with the visit of it. We will appreciate its belfry, where from the highest place we will have a panoramic view of a big part of its crop fields. We will also appreciate the different instruments of pisco and wine elaboration used over time; we will see stills and jars, among others, in their tasting room. The Tacama vineyard has an extension of 200 hectares and is located in the valley of Ica.

Finally, we will visit the “Caravedo Distillery ” with their last generation industrial plantation considered the best of South America where we will not only tour their facilities but we will also have a tasting of their “El Portón ” pisco at the end. Caravedo is dedicated to the elaboration of diverse piscos under the leadership of its distillery master Jhonny Schuler.

We will return to the hotel in Ica.
